Payment & Shipping
Where do we send products to?
We currently distribute across all of Australia. We do not ship products to any areas outside of Australia.
We work extremely hard to ensure your products are sent to you in a timely manner. Most orders will be packed and sent to you within 48 hours of order. Delivery is subject to normal Australia Post Delivery times thereafter. Please allow approx 5-7 days for delivery (some orders may arrive quicker than this).
Our costs incurred in shipping goods to you vary greatly depending on the quantity, weight and destination of the order.
To keep things simple, there is a flat charge of $9.95 for all orders. For larger/interstate orders that incur charges beyond that, we will wear the additonal cost. Given weight of goods on orders, it is unlikely our shipping costs incurred will ever be much less (if it all) than this.
All orders are sent via Australia Post using regular postage services.
We do however offer you the choice to have you order sent via registered post. This will incur a fee of $3.50 per order. It is highly recommended that you select this option as added security for your goods and orders.
We accept payment through ANZ's E-Gate online payment system.
ANZ is one Australia's leading online merchant services companies. Their online payment system, E-Gate, is highly regarded and offers sellers and purchasers one of the safest and most secure methods to transact on the Internet. You do NOT need to have an ANZ account or be using an ANZ card to use this system.
